Independence notice: GSD 500 BPO is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Puronics. Puronics is a trademark of its owner.
Short answer: If you are an independent dealer who sells Puronics water treatment equipment, GSD 500 BPO can call and text your leads in English or Spanish, book in-home water tests on your calendar, confirm and remind every appointment automatically by SMS, and keep "not right now" homeowners warm with Spanish-language WhatsApp/SMS follow-up. We are an outsourced appointment-setting and follow-up team. We don't sell equipment and we don't represent the manufacturer.
What Puronics dealers typically sell, and why that shapes follow-up
Puronics equipment is sold through a network of independent dealers. Dealers in that network typically offer residential water softeners (including salt-free options), whole-house filtration, under-sink reverse osmosis, and in some cases UV disinfection, along with ongoing service.
That mix creates two kinds of sales conversations:
- The new-system conversation. A homeowner with hard water, spotting, or taste and odor complaints agrees to a free in-home water test. The dealer's technician tests, demonstrates, and offers a system.
- The existing-customer conversation. A homeowner who already owns a softener may be a good fit for drinking-water RO, a replacement unit, or a service plan.
Most dealerships are set up to handle the first conversation well when someone actually shows up. The second conversation often gets lost because nobody has time to call through the service list. We handle the calling, texting, and reminding for both.
Where Puronics dealers usually lose appointments
These gaps are common across independent water treatment dealers. They are not specific to any brand.
- Slow response to inbound leads. A homeowner fills out a form on your site or calls after seeing your truck. If the first callback comes the next afternoon, they've often already booked with someone else.
- One phone call, then nothing. Most leads need several attempts across calls and texts. Busy offices make one or two.
- No confirmation step. Appointments set three or four days out without a reminder are the ones most likely to end with a technician at a locked door.
- English-only follow-up in bilingual neighborhoods. If the homeowner who answers is more comfortable in Spanish, an English-only office loses that conversation.
- Service customers never contacted. Your existing customer list is often your most valuable lead source, and it sits unused.
What GSD 500 BPO does for your dealership
Bilingual setters on your leads
Our Bogotá-based team works your inbound leads, aged leads, and service-customer lists during the hours you set. Every call has one objective: a confirmed in-home water test with the decision-makers present. Spanish conversations are handled by Spanish speakers.
AI confirmations and reminders
Once a test is booked, automation sends:
- An instant SMS confirmation (date, time, address, technician name).
- Reminders before the visit.
- Simple reply options to confirm or reschedule, so your office hears about changes before the truck leaves.
Spanish nurture for "not today"
Homeowners who aren't ready get a respectful, low-frequency WhatsApp or SMS sequence in natural Spanish, or in English if they prefer, that invites them to book when the timing is right. Every sequence honors STOP and only goes to people who have given consent.
Zoho CRM that matches your demo process
We set up or clean up Zoho CRM with stages that fit an in-home sale (new lead → contacted → test booked → confirmed → demo held → sold / not sold → nurture), so you can see where leads stall.
Optional: territory demand from CommunityWaterTest.org
GSD runs CommunityWaterTest.org, a consumer site where homeowners request a free in-home water test. It works on a one-dealer-per-territory basis. Requests from your territory would go only to you. Territories are limited to one dealer per area — ask about your area.
How it works
- Discovery call. We review your territory, products, test-and-demo process, appointment windows, and lead sources.
- Scripts you approve. We draft call scripts and SMS/WhatsApp messages in English and Spanish. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
- CRM connection. We connect to your Zoho CRM or set one up.
- Calling and texting begin. Setters work new leads first, then aged leads and your customer list.
- Automation runs on every booking. Confirmations and reminders go out without anyone in your office touching them.
- Weekly review. We go over booked, held, and sold appointments with you and adjust.
What we say, and what we don't
Our setters describe the free in-home water test as a visit to check the home's water, and they book the appointment. They don't make health claims, don't say the homeowner's water is unsafe, and don't speak for the manufacturer. Your technician runs the test and makes the recommendation. That keeps your brand, and your relationship with the manufacturer, protected.
Results
One of our home-services clients has passed $1 million in sales with GSD booking 10–20 appointments per week through omnichannel follow-up (calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email).
Frequently asked questions
Are you a Puronics company or a Puronics-approved vendor? No. GSD 500 BPO is an independent outsourcing company. We work for the dealer, not the manufacturer, and we have no affiliation with or endorsement from Puronics.
Can you work our existing service customers, not just new leads? Yes. Calling and texting your existing customer list, with consent and your approval, is often where dealers find appointments fastest, for example for drinking-water systems, replacements, or service visits.
Our technicians only speak English. Does Spanish follow-up still help? Often, yes. The setter books the appointment in Spanish and notes the language preference in the CRM so your team can plan for it, for example by having a bilingual family member present or sending your bilingual tech when you have one. How you staff the demo is your call.
Will your setters talk about specific products or prices? Only what you approve in the script. In most cases, setters focus on booking the water test and leave products and pricing to your technician.
What hours do your setters work? We schedule coverage around your market's time zone and your busiest lead hours. Exact coverage options: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
What does it cost? Pricing depends on your territory and volume. Book a 15-minute call for a quote.
